Hi , I am facing a very slow network for both mobile sim cards (me and my wife mobiles sim cards) since more than 3 days , we are facing a very bad coverage , we can not use WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube...etc even it's very hard to make a calls.
Do anyone know how it's could be solved?!

Have you checked to see if there is a network issue at your location?
Hello
as bs0 wrote you should check if there are any known issues in your area, if nothing is shown, you can report an issue yourself there. Since multiple contracts seem to have an issue it’s most likely that one of the stations near to you is having some issues.
