Hi O2,

my o2 plan is just a simcard with unlimited data and call & text, but Since september my internet is now too slow,, and the signal of my sim turns on and off.,, Thats why i cant call immediately if i want too,, i need to wait for a few minutes for my signal to comeback..

How can we fix this???

I activated my prepaid sim 2days ago. In the first day, the internet was good, but since yesterday it is too slow.

Do you have an active pack/an active prepaid tariff?
Have you already used up your data allowance?
