I had my sim and iphone 13 pro max contract in an O2 shop last year, February 2022 and would like to ask what’s the process to do a cancellation contract? I am leaving Germany anytime soon and my contract will end next year February 2023. my questions are; Do I need to pay all the balance for the phone and data for the remaining year balance? Can I pay the phone in full so I can keep it but not the data? Or can I surrender my phone and not pay the balance? Would appreciate your reply.
