Router Lost


Hello I cancelled my O2 Internet and it will be deactivated on 05.12.2020. Unfortunately I lost my Router when i moved to new house, so I can’t send it back to O2y In this case what should I do?

I regret you lost the router due to your move. But @Denner is right. You will get a final invoice containing a penalty. The younger the device the higher the amount. Sorry.
