In the Mein o2 app and in our online customer portal Mein o2 you can view and download the bill at any time for devices purchased after March 21, 2022 via o2 my Handy. Your installment plan is also available in Mein o2 and in the Mein o2 app. This contains all due dates for the monthly installments.
If you have purchased the device before this date, you should have received an invoice by letter or in the shop where you bougt it. However, your warranty might have expired then as well.
If you need a copy of your invoice, you can also contact our customer service, i.e. our Chat or the English speaking support on 089/666630081.
