request for redelivery of my Iphone 14 pro max Handy

Ich möchte Sie um Hilfe bezüglich meines bestellten iphone 14 pro max bitten. Letzten Freitag 11.11.22 war es geplant, um zu liefern, offenbar war es nicht erfolgreich geliefert, da der Name an meiner Türklingel geschrieben ist nur mein Nachname.

 

Ich möchte Sie bitten, das Gerät erneut an die gleiche Adresse zu liefern, an die ich es bestellt habe.

Ich habe zu lange gewartet und sie haben mich noch nicht angerufen oder informiert, damit ich es zu einer Packstation bringen kann oder so. Hoffentlich können Sie den Service Ihres Partnerkuriers verbessern.

wenn der Nachname an der Klingel steht, sollte das eigentlich reichen, deswegen wundere ich mich etwas. Ist die Adresse schwer zu finden oder kommt DHL bei dir sonst immer an bei anderen Bestellungen?

Über o2online.de kannst du direkt ein neues bestellen, wenn du magst - wir haben momentan auch gute Black Deals am Start. 😎

If the order was cancelled, you can order again, but I’m not sure if it can be delivered a second time when DHL could not deliver your first order. Did you receive other orders from DHL in the past?

Yes, but this is the only thing it was not delivered successfully.. they dont even care to call or text me about my parcel. Yet i provide everything..

this is so inconvenient for me. One of your representative told me to call the hotline she already made a report to redeliver the item but i have to wait 2 weeks for the new tracking number.

ah okay, that’s not a very good experience. 😔

Can you keep us in touch regarding the new delivery? Because in most bundle orders there is a specific hardware discount on the tariff itself which will be removed if theres no hardware anymore. With the delivery of the new iPhone I can manually install this discount again.

I hope you can help me regarding this matter. Honestly im so disappointed with the service i got. The courier dont even care to update me or what.. also i just received an email informing that my ordered was returned and the refund will be back to my account yet O2 already deducted the 1st month of the handy fee.. i dont even have it🥲 and until no refunds are being done.. so im still hoping that a customer representative attended my call accomplished a report for “redeliver” as per my request.. but still no development regarding it.

I would like to follow yp my refund status of my payment  for the handser i applied for but was not delivered successfully.. ii was waiting almost a mbnth plus.. i hope guys you processed the refund including the amount deducted to me for that month for the handset.. thanks

Could you go a bit more into detail regarding your down payment. Which way did you use to transfer the money?

Did you use Klarna as payment service?

I used my IBAN sofort directly to O2. I paid 189€ initial payment plus they deducted me the 1st month around 54€ even i havent received it successfully.

Hallo O2 Team,

i would like to seek your help regarding the status of my Refund for the initial payment deducted to my 1st phone application which unfortunately unsuccesfully delivered item. I received an email from yours informing that you guys is provessing my refunc including the delivery charged.. To an extent O2 also deducted me the amounting to 52€ for the monthly payment of the device which i havent received..its almost more than 2 month since the email i received.

The refund can take about 14 days.
