thanks for your message concerning your wish to activate the Package “Smart M Bonus”.

 

I checked the possibility to activate this package for you.

 

Unfortunately, the package “Smart M Bonus” is not anymore valid and cannot be reactivated anymore. Please choose one of our up-to-date data-packages that you find here: prepaid-packs .

 

I regret that I confused you before.

    I contacted here 3 months ago that I would like to reactivate my Tarif. I would like to activate on 6th May.

    Can you do it?

    What do you mean you want to recover it? You deactivated the option and want to reactivate it?
