Prepared New SIM Date of Birth Not Correct


Good day! I have ordered a SIM for my daughter and while ordering, I entered the correct Date of Birth but when I activated the SIM and entered the DOB, it said wrong. My daughter is under 18 years old. Please help. Thanks!

Ab einem Alter von 16 Jahren kann sich eine Person selbst auf ihren Namen eine Prepaid-SIM bestellen.

Ist diese Person noch keine 16, muss die Karte auf den Namen einer über 16 Jahre alten Person (z.B. Mutter oder Vater) bestellt werden.

@nakhtar, is the age of your daughter below 16? In that case the order will be rejcted.

@o2_Gerrit Yes! she is below 16 and they have already sent me a SIM but when I am putting her details it is saying invalid details.

Hey @nakhtar,

This is probably because your date of birth is not accepted or you have ordered the card. As mentioned, possession under 16 is not possible.
