Prepaid SIM card deactivation

Hello,

my SIM card was deactivated 4.12.2022 because of inactivity,and that was a mistake on my part.

Is there a possibility to reactivate my SIM card and keep my number.

It has been five days since deactivation.

Hello @qwerty2 and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you used you phone number for a long time ot is is used for 2FA it is absolutely understandable that you want to keep it.

A fast solution could be to get in touch with our customer service in order to check if there are possibilites to reactivate the SIM. If, for whatever reason that should be not possible you can always sign a new (prepaid) contract and port your “old” pohone number to the new contract. Maybe you already found a solution for this?
