Yesterday I purchased a prepaid card and as usual, followed the instructions to set it up. I received the 2 usual messages that the account has been topped up, and that the balance has been used. However, I still have no mobile data connection. It has been over 12 hours since I topped up the account.

You will see a list of options that you can book and information about the status of the option, i.e. Aktiv (green dot), Inaktiv (gray dot), Bestellt, wartet auf Aufladung (red dot), Bestellt, Bedingungen noch nicht erfüllt (red dot) etc.
The option, you have booked is marked as Aktiv?
After activating your SIM card, you will receive a series of SMS messages, such as the Willkommen-SMS, the information about your starting credit, (if you top up additional credit) the information about your new credit ,(if you book an option) the confirmation, that the option is now active and can be used.
Which of these SMS did you get?
