Port prepaid phone number to Telekom

As I see, your prepaid-number is already released for porting. 

You can now address your new provider to transfer your number immediately to the new provider. We will charge you with 6,82 € for the porting. 

If you still have a remaining amount after the porting, just fill out this document: pay-out remaining amount to your bank-account 

Your remaining amount will then be transferred to your personal bank-account.
