I recently ordered a phone. The order was successful, but now I have a problem with the first payment of 1 €. Because of the country selection option, I don't have a bank account in either country. How do I make a payment with my bank?

Hi KlaudiusL,

to pay your o2 bills via SEPA Credit Transfer or SEPA Direct Debit you need a bank account in an EEA member state.

In which country do you have your bank account?

Kind regards
Alex

Hi Alex, I only have a bank account in Slovakia.

Thanks.

Best regards.

You can definetely use your euro bank account in Slovakia to pay your o2 bills, because Slovakia is an EEA and SEPA member state.

Alright. But if I want to pay the first payment of 1€, then it is not possible through Klarna. Can I do it any other way?

Now I understand your issue. You want to pay via Klarna. but they do not accept Slovak bank accounts. First you could contact Klarna. and ask for a solution, but I would say that they do not have one. So you should tell o2 that you want to change your payment method.

Hello @KlaudiusL, welcome at our community.

Is everything okay now with the payment?

Kind regrads, Ines.
