you can also access your account via browser: Login (o2online.de)
There you can chose between several top up options, i.e. bank transfer, credit card, Paypal ect.

I can only see an option for a automatic top up which I don't want.
Can you please give specific instructions on how I can use credit card just a once off top up?
I finally found the credit card top up option.
However, what do the different credit amounts give me in terms of data? E.g. the 15 euro option vs 20 vs 30?
My original plan came with 8gb of data for 10 euros.
I tried to recharge my prepaid through my O2 account using credit card (grouped under the PayPal option) as you suggested in my previous question. The payment page will freeze when I try pay. There is no internet problems on my side and I think you need to fix this problem.
Your poor design has wasted far too much time.
I have 2 very simple suggestions for you when it comes to prepaid customers.
1) allow customers to install the O2 app outside of Germany.
2) As a moderator, only answer a question here with a solution that works. Please test it yourself first.

I'm sorry if there are problems with topping up your card abroad. Unfortunately, I can't offer you any other way to top up your card abroad.
Have you perhaps tried using a different browser?
