Hi,

I recently received a message saying my o2 sim is blocked because I declined a direct debit transaction.

I manually recharged my number as my internet pack was expired 2 weeks ago, so when I received a message of direct debit I declined the transaction since I already had a top-up for my prepaid. But soon after that I received a message from o2 saying my number is blocked as I have not paid the amount yet.

Secondly, I already had around 5 euros as my o2 balance, they have deducted the 5 euros and now balance is showing -9 euros. Since as per them I have not paid yet.

I already have my recharge so I do not want to pay for it again.

Can someone please help me how can I fix this issue?

there some SMS send by cheater that tell you that your account get canceled.

The send a link with a login request to steal your account data. 

Are you sure that the SMS is from O2?


Yes! Because I verified the details in my o2 account as well. I did not click on any link received to my message. Moreover my o2 sim is not working any more. This is a case of direct debit decline

For payments or transfers to us, it can take 1-3 days for them to be credited.

If the amount cannot be debited from your bank account, a chargeback will occur. The fee for this is €4. 

Has anything happened to you in the meantime?

Was your payment able to be assigned and was your SIM card unlocked?
