Hi,

I have been trying to change my tarrif plan from the O2 website but I have not been able to do so, so far. Please help!

Is there any English app for O2 available?

 

How to permanently shut my sim down? Will not using the sim for like 6 months work? Will there be any charges for that?

 

What are the portability charges for my number from O2 to some other service provider in Germany?

is the language the main problem for not being able to change the tariff?

There is no english version of the app as of now. We have, however, a few Guides which could help you setting things up:

You can export your number to a different provider, the export will cost 6,82 €.

Please make sure to have the funds necessary funds on your account before the export request.

We’LL deactivate the SIM after the export :hugging:

Hello,

I would like to kindly ask how would it be possible to renew an “O2 my Prepaid Internet-to-Go” plan from a computer (not through the smartphone app). The prepaid data is run out and I would just like to top it again…

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
