Hello there, yes I tried. I did try to activated my card one more time, and it says that they still need to work on my ID verification but it has been days and very inconvenient as I want to use the simcard. Is there any solution to this?

I'm sorry that the activation of your SIM card took longer than usual. More than two days is really too long.
Has the online identification process been completed in the meantime? Or have you received a notification about it?
Our employees can check whether there are any problems here, e.g. because the ID data and the registration data do not match.
