the way described by @Joe Doe is the way I´d use, too.
You can also mark your contract for cancellation in our “Mein o2”-App or in our Portal. You´ll need to confirm this via phone, otherwise nothing will happen and no cancellation will be set.

I cancelled using my online portal. Now, I need to call. I tried to call and it is in german language. I do not speak much german. Is there any other way?

if you have registered your cancellation online, you receive the contact via hotline or via WhatsApp. You need to confirm the cancellation within 10 days.
If you have not done so, please send us a cancellation by using the form mentioned above. You receive further information here: http://g.o2.de/cancelation
By the way, what is actually the reason for your cancellation? Is another offer from o2 interesting for you in order to avoid your cancellation? Or did you order one contract too much?
