I would like to cancel my o2 WiFi Home Hotspot Contract (***0754 and ***1213), I have initiated the request for termination through online but it promoted to call and confirm have tried multiple times to call and confirm but hasn’t worked. Can you resolve it?

Nobody here can terminate your contract If you cannot call then you will need to send a letter instead. Make sure you send it by recorded delivery.
