O2 Free Unlimited Data?

Hello O2 Community! 

So I need some help. I just saw a post on an article you posted. Like you said that due to the Corona Virus situation, you guys made mobile data free and unlimited?! It was posted like 20 days ago. Is this real? And if it is real, how do I activate it? My app "Mein O2" just shows me how much internet I've spent from my 5.5GB since I bought an Prepaid Card M with 5.5GB like a week ago

Hi!

 

After your high speed data volume is exhausted (5,5 GB) , you will not be throttled down to 32 kBit / s, but down to 384 kBit / s until the end of the usage period of the pack.

    Oh one more time pls, I think I didn't get it. If I spend my 5.5 GB what happens next?

    The throttling speed was increased from 32 kbit to 384 kbit . The other properties of the pack have not changed.

    Hmm so just to be clear. If I spend my 5.5 GB before the 28 days, I still have internet connection. You have increased the speed of that internet connection right?! Hmm So I can still surf the internet without any problem, without any extra payment right? I mean these 28 days

    Hello 

    I am new to the O2 community. So I have a pre paid card M which has 5.5 GB. So if I spend all my 5.5 Mobile data before 28 days, do I still have access to the internet? Like if I have do I pay extra euros for the next month or that is a free service?
