i ordered iphone 15 pro max (on monthly basis ) from 02 online. on dhl website and calling they said the package was delivered but i didnt received it . the dhl said that to contact 02 to track down the pacakge and report it as lost. in the case , does o2 can cancel monthly bill of iphone mobile ??. so i can buy new mobile from near 02 store
