Hi Team,

I placed an order for the Mobile Phone only contract on 21st January. When placing the order online it said it is immediately available. Its been 3 days now the order still shows in progress.

I am travelling to India for month now and wont be able to pick it up when it is here. I tried calling the customer care and there seems to be no English speaking advisors and i got no where. 

Can you please tell me how can i cancel the order so that i can atleast go and order one in the O2 store. ?

My order number is XXXXXXXX-375.

welcome to the o2 community!

While the website may show hardware to be “immediately available”, it is always good to count in a few extra days for an order to be completed, not only for possible delays in shipping but also because the availability may change at short notice due to a sudden increase of orders.

You can cancel your contract by sending in the cancelling order (“Widerrufsbelehrung”) you received with the email confirmation of your contract; it needs to be sent within 14 days after the beginning of the contract.
