monthly payment not paid

Hi everyone, 

I have bought an Iphone with monthly installment . 
the payment method is via direct debit from my bank account. This month I have no money in my bank account so the monthly payment was not taken . Now I got the money and I want to pay that amount but I dont know how should I pay ?

Very import: Please put in your o2 My Handy coustomer account number in the reference field when transferring the money, 

otherwise this won’t work cause we can’t correctly assign the money you sent to your account.

I have sent the money to that account but  I Didnt know my costumer account number so I put there end to end ref number. And I explained Why I was making that payment .

Hello @DURAKU,

I am not sure, whether the accounting can assign this payment.

If it cannot be booked, the accounting department will send you a letter andyou will also be informed by SMS.
