Mobile Postpaid Excessive Bill

Hello, I hope someone can help me with this matter.

I have been using o2 postpaid here in Munich Germany since July 8, 2024. My subscription is the 25GB for 30€/month. But today I received the bill for 109,96€. I don't understand why I have to pay so much just for one month?

I assume that this is the very first bill that you’ve received for the contract. In that case there might be also a number of one-time fees that came with that. What exactly you are being billed for is listed on the second page and following of the bill itself, have you already taken a look at it?

You can find the answer on page 2 of the invoice. It could be connection fees, third-party providers or calls to special numbers.
