Hello,

I have a O2 Mobile L Boost contract with 140 GB and the multiple SIM cards (2 SIM + multiple eSIM) included.

I would like to downgrade to a lower contract and to keep multiple cards option, unfortunately in my O2 account I see only the option to upgrade to a higher package.

My current contract runs until 01/05/2025 so I still have one year left. However, I was wondering if the downgrade is still possible at this early stage

O2 Mobile M Boost will fit pretty well my needs and I would like to know what will be the conditions to switch and the price

Given the long term, a downgrade is probably not possible. Try the cancellation hotline 0800 99 101 90, but English is not spoken there.

You would like to downgrade your tariff. You already asked about this 2 months ago, and even now a downgrade to the o2 Mobile M Boost with 50 GB is not possible. Please ask us again in December whether the downgrade is possible then.

I'm sorry, a downgrade is currently not possible, even with a contract extension. Whether it will be possible and if so, is also unknown to us. You can always ask us about this.
