iphone 14 pro max 256GB

Hi, I ordered iphone 14 pro max 256 GB space gray online. I haven‘t received yet the date of the product delivery, only the contracts. The phone stated that it is immediate available. I just wanna ask if when will I get the item? Because I ordered an ipad before and I got it within a week. Thank you.

I only have Acknowledgement of Receipt and the contract, nothing else. I‘m still waiting for the schedule of delivery, and I wonder why it took a little longer than before when the product states immediate available, that means there is stock.

Hi

What I only received are two E-mails from O2. (1) Gesetzliche Pflichtinformationen and (2) Eingangsbestätigung. Someone told me, I have to wait for few more days to receive an E-mail for Lieferung. I also used my E-mail herr because I tried ordering the phone using my O2 account number in the website but there is no success. :(

No. I didn‘t receive the iphone 14 pro max, that‘s why, I cancelled it. Instead, I ordered a new one iphone 13. I received my Auftragsnummer WSHWxxx but there is no delivery date yet. Could you please, check it out for me? I‘m afraid when the phone came via DHL, someone will took it, because it happened to me before. Thank you.

First, please do not write any personal data in a public community. I had to masked the order number for security reasons. 
Your placement looked fine but i have to tell you that we are sending the most packages with DHL and we do not have any choice options to chance this, sorry.

@osllide that´s a tricky question because Apple have some troubles with delivering some of there devices.
iPhone 13 should be arrive soon, but i am not working in the distribution 😉
