I want to take my prepaid phone number to another provider

Hello. Yes, I have done it already via phone. One thing I still need - my new provider mentioned they will Need some code (PAC?) from O2 so they could assign my number to new contract. Can you help me with that?

thanks for your message. 

Normally, it should be sufficient to release your number and to order the porting at the new provider. 

A PAC-Code is not necessary for that. 

Were you already successful in porting your number to another provider?

If you still have a remaining amount for your old number after the porting, just use this form: Pay-out remaining amount to your bank-account The remaining amount will then be transferred to your personal bank-account.
