I terminated my "Extra ordinary contract" (all 3 contracts) around 28/29 May 2020: BUT THRU PHONE CALL FROM YOU O2, I STILL NEED TO PAY ALL THE WAY TO FEBRUARY 2021?!

I don´t live in Germany anymore. I live in Sweden now, we dont even have O2!

I sent all proof of my swedish adress, swedish citizen from my swedish government, passport copy, my travel document to some O2 office in Nurnberg like end of May.

I even got a phone call from you O2 that I could get this contract ended sooner then February 2021!

She gave me a number for my problem but unfortunately I wrote down wrong phone number from the girl I talked to and then tried to call back but without success to reach any one who could help me again...

I REFUSE to pay 8 months more after my termination! It clearly says 3 months of termination process. I should maximum pay for Aug/September 2020!

I don´t understand this at all!

Sorry for yelling but this feels very fishy. I really need help here or else I must contact my lawyer.

Regards

/Viktor

Edit o2_Larissa: transfer to English o2 Community: Broadband / DSL

Hi @zvirrepirre

welcome to our community. Please note our rules for writing and avoid shouting at other members because they are the first one who will try to assist you. I checked this matter for you and summarize the following facts.

Your DSL contract is finished to June 25th 2020. The final invoice with the remaining fee will be release by the end of July.  Your mobile contract and the data card are going to be cancelled to July 10th 2020 and the final invoice about the installment payment is also released by the end of July. There are different departments for the cancellation and the mobile request was worked a bit later. So nothing to worry about.

Greetings

Thanks a lot for your answer and sorry for shouting, was very stressed when I wrote.

But how do you see my contract ends on 25 July? Or you guys fix it somehow now?

I just got phone call before I wrote to you that it´s all the way to 1 Februaty 2021!

Even got this mail (though I dont fully understand it):

Lieber o2 Kunde,

But I really hope you´re right of course but still….

Thanks anyway for replying, really appreciate it :)

Hay hay @zvirrepirre,

i thought, that your request is for broadband/DSL. But in your last answer you write about a cancellation of an cellphone contract. So in transfer your thread to our english mobile board.

Kind regards,

Larissa

Hi @o2_Larissa

It´s all: broadband/DSL and cellphone contract. I bought a “Extraordinary contract”, 3 contracts in in the same package like.

I do not know these 3 contracts in super detail though…. but it´s for my: broadband/DSL and cellphone number I used in Berlin.

Do you understand this mail? Even when I google translated it didn´t make too much sense tbh.

Sounds very much I need to pay for my cellphone contract to 01.02.2021, or what do you think?

Hi @zvirrepirre,

thanks for contacting us here in our English community again.

I just checked your cancellations.

Both mobile phone contracts “o2 Free S” and “o2 my Data S Kombi” will be cancelled on 10th July 2020, just as @o2_Manga has told you. And your DSL-contract was cancelled on 25th June 2020 already.

You really can trust our information.

So, I hope everything is clear now for you.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
