I made contract last month in order to have a proper connection as the place I m living doesn’t have a proper DSL connection.
I have 5G connection at home but with a terrible reception and it never has 2 sticks.

I can’t join my online classes which makes my situation very desperate.

it's not good that you have problems attending your online classes. Was the Internet connection inadequate from the start? Have you already checked the live check to see if there is a fault or restrictions at your location?
