I can't activate prepaid via video call

Hi, I ordered a prepaid sim card, and I can't activate it through video call. I am getting this message: "Unfortunately, this method is currently not available. Please try again later or select POSTIDENT for identification."

And I can't use postident option as I am new here in Munich and I don't know where I can print documents.

Why is the video call not available to me?

have you managed to connect to the video service?

If that method does not work, please try using the postident service, as recommend.
