You can of course change one of your multicards to an eSIM. You should be able to perform this change through your mein o2 account.

The contract witch I had involved in contain of tow pars (1. unlimited data,2. HD 10 witch is something to wach TV)

I call the provider and visit O2 shop they told me that I can’t cancel or change any part off the contract, the other choice that I can cancel the contract and make new one!

Can you tell us the exact name of the tariff plan? 
What exactly do you mean by HD 10 ERU? Do you mean o2 TV?

What change in your contract do you want? 

If you have an o2 Free Unlimited contract, then you can order a multicard through your My o2 area. This is charged with a one-time €39.99 connection fee and €10 per month.

If you already have one, you can also change it to an eSim via your My o2 area.
