Hello,
Please, While I was charging my line number through my account on O2 website, I pressed charge now by error which means deducting from my bank account. I don't have enough amount in my bank account so I would like to cancel this charging.
I have recharged my phone number using my credit card.

Please be aware of the fact that we cannot stop the automatic deduction from your bank account.

 

If you like to get the money back, please contact your bank.
