My husband's cell phone was stolen. He can't log in to his account - because the login procedure offers to send a temporary password only by text message. How can I block someone else's SIM card from my account? Or how to do it at night? 116 116 did not help.

That is a bad event that the phone of your husband together with the SIM card has been stolen. It is good that you immediately try to block it.
