how do I download Mein O2 app?

The app store says Mein O2 is not available in my  country.  (Germany) I have never been able to check my account yet, and it has been 3 months. When I login to the website,  it will not give me account details.

have you changed the account to Germany, too?

Your forum account is not connected to a contract. Could try the website with the Number as login handle?
