I have moved abroad and wanted to cancel my connection. I could not find an E Mail ID to contact O2 for the same. I would like to cancel my contract and pay the dues as well.

Hello @Krish28 ,

welcome to our community. :relaxed:

you just need to fill this form for the cancellation plus documents and send it via paper mail or fax.

If you have any questions, just ask us here.

Best regards,

Michi

I am already abroad and with the current COVID 19 situation sending via Paper Mail is diffcult

@Krish28 did you know somebody in Germany who can Fax your documents (scan) to o2?

Unfortunately, I do not know anyone there to do that. If there is a way to do it over an email would be great

Hi @Krish28,

we do not offer any e-mail-support to our customers.

But of course, you can send the cancellation together with the documents by fax: 01805 571 766

Or alternatively, please send everything by post to the following address:

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

Kundenbetreuung

90345 Nürnberg

I hope that I could be of help to you with this information. All the best to you in this corona-crisis.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Dear @o2_Tobias

The postal service ion the country I am is not working due to lockdown enforced.

Sending a fax is also a difficult mode of communication from the country I am in.

As a special case, if a solution can be provided it would be great.

I am finding it very difficult to even get my queries sorted sitting in another country

@Krish28 You can use Fax over Internet solutions. Did you have all the required documents?

@Joe Doe Yes. I do have the required documents. But sending Fax over the Internet is not going through because of the payment not going through from the Card that I am using in this country.

A simple solution would be someone from the Customer Support using E-Mail as a communication tool in times of the oandemic

Hi @Krish28,

I understand your difficulties.

But unfortunately, I cannot offer you any other solution.

Hopefully you will be successful in finding a way to send your cancellation together with the requested documents to us here in Germany.

All the best for you and your family.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
