High bill has been charged !!

I got a contract from o2 on December from Media Markt and while booking the contract i was been never informed of the one time activation fee also i was been given with 3 sim cards which i never opted,for which i have got 3x on time activation fee . Please help me to wave off this . My customer number (6xxxxxxx25)

Unfortunately you have to go to MediaMarkt and have everything explained to you. If there is a misunderstanding, only MediaMarkt can change or cancel the contract. Unfortunately, o2 has no possibility to change the contracts afterwards.
