Hello,

 

Today I received 3 emails about a new Iphone order and a new contract for multiple years…

The email says it is gonna be paid via SEPA transfer.

 

However, I did not ask for any of this so i fear i got hacked…

Would anybody know who to reach out to dispute this order (preferably in English)?

the first thing you should do is change your password for mein o2 to stop further usage of your credentials. After that please fill out the following form and send it in: https://www.o2online.de/assets/blobs/pdfs/identitaetsmissbrauch/. Use our contact form to do this quickly
You should also go to the police and press charges.
