Esim SMS receiving option activation

Hi O2 Team,

My new e-sim has sms receiving Option turned off. I tried turning it on in the app but was not possible. Can you please help turn this option on?

Hello @Remgy thanks for your request regarding receiving SMS with an e-sim.
What exactly do you mean? Are you using a multi card? Please have a look in your “Mein o2” Area on our webside or within the Mein o2 App.
In your Contract details you wie find the part for the sim card (Sim Karten Verwaltung), here you can manage which sim should receive incoming sms.
