Hello, I have ordered a mobile phone (to go with an iPhone) and the next day I received an email from O2 asking me to pay a deposit of €185.99 before the phone would be shipped. I accepted and made the transfer but the next day O2 emailed me saying my or was declined and they cannot offer me the phone without giving me a reason why they canceled my order. I have tried everything to get a refund of my deposit but to no avail. For the past two months I have called the O2 hotline but they are not telling me anything important. Please what should I do to get my money back?much

when exactly did you order the iPhone? And when did you make the transfer? Was this by bank transfer?

Just for understanding reasons.
You tried to sign a contract and paid some Money in advance. Unfortunately the contracts wasn´t accepted and you haven´t receive your money back.
Is this right so far?

You tried to sign a contract and paid some Money in advance. Unfortunately the contracts wasn´t accepted and you haven´t receive your money back.

As you paid the deposit, have you named the customer number in the purpose of the transfer?

Thank you @o2_Micha for your response. I did not name a customer in the purpose because I paid with a prepaid master card.

thanks for your answer.
I will try to help you.

Unfortunately there were some problems.
The first is, that you have choosen a payment which werde not compatible with the offer. Thats why the offer wasn´t accepted.
The bigger problem is, that you paid without any customer account informations, so your payment were unable to link with your account.
I will send an personal message to you, to clearify your data and issues.
