Customer service thru email said that they assure me they have closed the contract but lo and behold, when i looked at my bank account, they are gonna charge me 60eur this 14th of june. And i still keep on getting emails that they are gonna charge me. How does this end! Ive been frustrated about this for some time now! No help received from phone call, went to the store they told me to call customer services but a freaking bot is answering the call.

They confirmed that they have received the phone and had the sim card deactivated. But I was deducted 61€ last month and thankfully got a „Gutschrift“ after I complained about it. Just now I received an email that O2 is going to deduct me etwa 60€ AGAIN??? I thought the contract is now closed. In so tired of this problem with O2! You guys are tormenting your customers for months! Really!

I even went to the shop myself to properly complain but I was told I had to do it online. When I try to call thru phone, only the bot is answering me. Asking me the concerned phone number which I clearly dont have already because it was DEACTIVATED! What am I supposed to do? Write a complaint here EVER MONTH just to get my money back because O2 is charging me for a contract which I NEVER EVEN USED???????

It‘s fine with me. Besides, that „Rufnummer“ is already deactivated as they said and I never used it anyway.
You posted your full name and date of birth and the customer number. That should not be fine with you.

a few weeks ago there was a credit posting because of the previous deduction. The amount you paid after the deactivation will be paid off.
