Hi Team,

 

I took the O2 Contract in Apr 2018.Without my approval the contract was extended on Jan 2020.

As I was in Germany during that time I continued.

 

But I left Germany now in Dec 2020 , before leaving  I have sent  cancellation letter & De-registration  to Nürnberg address.  

Also I have sent  cancellation letter & De-registration  email to impressum@cc.o2online.de 

 

Still my contract is extended . I’m really frustrated with O2 service .

  • No-one  helped me in O2 stores for cancellation.
  • Phone call is taking lot of time to talk to Support team.
  • No proper Email where I can get support.

 

Request you to provide me Email address where I can get proper response

 

I do not know what could I do to cancel my contract. 

Can someone please help me, 

I do not speak german and is complicated to get in touch with someone that speaks english!

Ill appreciate if you can help me!

The contract was not extended without your approval, contracts extend automatically if they are not terminated at least three months before the end of the term.

The email to that address will probably not have reached the right place, but if you sent the documents by post then your request should be being processed. Customer services does not have an email address but in the next few days a moderator here can have a look at your account and hopefully give you an update.

I already sent my cancellation documents to O2 in December through Post & Email in Jan. Still my contract is extended.

 

It could be really helpful if there is any support(email) from O2 team to interact & close my contract.


Hello @Satish_M, welcome at our community.

I had a look at your contract. We send you an EMail at January 6th 2021 that we need some documents from you:

- a notification of your new, foreign domicile
- alternatively to the registration certificate a confirmation of your new employer or landlord
- your approval for us to charge you the basic fee of three months

I am moving out of Germany next month and I would like to cancel my O2 current telephone contract.. can someone please help me the cancellation procedure..
