I’ve changed banking details for direct debit (old account is no longer in use), but O2 is trying to charge the old one. How can I change the banking details for the latest bill?

Have you ever called customer support directly? You can also request that you would like to speak in English.

A moderator will definitely get in touch here in the forum. However, this can sometimes take a while.

when exactly did you change your banking details? The debit orders always go out a little bit before the actual debit happens, so if you changed things over to your new account very recently, then this might have overlapped.

Hello Sven, I guess that’s what happened. I’ve contacted support via phone and they told me that I can transfer the payment myself, which I did. Hope that’s sufficient and won’t create any errors/delays.

Yes, that's right, you can transfer your invoice to us yourself 👍

 It is always important to include the customer number in the intended purpose.
