Hello, is it possible to change the address of my mobile phone delivery? For example claim it to my registered branch once it is available? Thank you.. I also received an email of an offer stating for me to send 139 eu to cover up for the delay of my phone? is this normal?

Thanks for contacting us concerning the delivery of your device SAMSUNG GALAXY S20 128GB in grey. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery-address anymore. But don´t worry, if you are not present at the time of the delivery, you will get a delivery-card from DHL and you can arrange a new delivery with DHL. 

 

Please note that we cannot deliver your device to a specific shop. 

 

As you mentioned, you received now an acceptEmail with a higher prepayment. Out of security-reasons and after an internal check, this is the only way to provide you with a new device. But this does not mean that your device has now a higher price. No, the price will stay the same and the prepayment will be balanced with the first months. For the payment, please use only the link mentioned in the acceptEmail. The payment has to be done within 8 days, otherwise the device will be cancelled automatically. Please read further instructions under this link: AcceptEmail (in German).

Do you have an idea if I can claim the phone on the DHL hub instead? Thank you.. And also, if the offer will be cancelled after 8 days, will the phone price or my plan will be forefieted, thank you..

As I noticed, your Samsung-device went today on the way. You will shortly receive further information by e-mail from DHL with the delivery-number. 

 

If you have already the order number from o2, you have the possibility to check the delivery here: delivery status

Hi everyone! i am really new to O2 and I have ordered unfortunately google pixel 4a 5g which is not yet released.
So i won’t be able to receive it by thursday 12th nov. As i will be travelling after that for a few months

So is it okay if i cancel my mobile phone contract which i have placed on 6th nov. and is still in preorder.?

Will i get a full refund which i already transferred as they said in email that it  will be credit payment. 
but if i cancel can i get my full refund? 

and how to cancel the order ?
