I have applied for the termination of the mobile phone contract on 27.9.19 by post. I was asked for the submission of related document as soon as they get available. I have sent the documents by post in February at the following address

but surprisingly I came to know that the bill amount is still being deducted from my bank account. Yesterday, I have sent the documents by fax also. So far I have not received any confirmation from O2 about the receival of the documents and the confirmation of cancellation of the contract. Please help me in this regard as I have already paid for 6 months from the requested date of termination of contract. Hoping for a kind early reply.
