I just had a look. Unfortunately, we did not receive any cancellation letter from you. How did you send the cancellation? Was it a normal cancellation or a cancellation because of moving abroad?
As we did not yet receive a cancellation, your DSL-contract is still active.
Please send us again a cancellation with one of the following forms:
Normal cancellation to the end of the duration of your contract: Normal cancellation for your DSL-contract
Cancellation because of moving abroad: extraordinary cancellation because of moving abroad
I am happy to tell you that we received your router on 6th November 2020. You received a confirmation by e-mail.
I hope I could be of help to you to clarify everything concerning your DSL-contract.

The cancellation letter was included with the return of the router in November. I can send that through again - will use the extraordinary cancellation as I moved abroad.
Will post these off tomorrow.
