CANCEL SIMCARD NOT BEING USED ANYMORE AND O2 IS STILL CHARGING ME 10€

Hello! I somehow can’t find support in English but I wanted to cancel my O2 sim, in less than a month O2 have been trying to charge me 10€ twice which caused me to have it blocked on my bank and I wanted to cancel the direct debit authorization. And just today O2 again is trying to charge me another 10€ and it says that my number is deactivated and I need to pay. Can I just leave this inactive? Or how do I settle this? I want to cancel it.

@ayka2021 Please cancel your my Prepaid S package over the Service App to the next recharge cycle. Switch over to the Loop Basic Tarif.

@ayka2021 Please cancel your my Prepaid S package over the Service App to the next recharge cycle. Switch over to the Loop Basic Tarif.

As far as I can remember I have switched it over to basic tariff already when I was first charged the 10€ and right now I couldn’t log in again since it sends a code to my sim and it is now deactivated.

Hallo @ayka2021 ,

we can’t look up the details, because your account is not associated with a SIM-card (as you’ve already mentioned).

Since the card has already been terminated, please call us directly, so our billing department for prepaid cards can take a look:

Best regards,

Kurt

No one‘s answering. Received a letter that I need to pay 10€ by Sept 13, when I haven‘t used it anymore since I went to Switzerland Aug 6 and the sim is terminated already. The phone number is XXXXXXXXXX

Hello @ayka2021,

if you already recieved a reminder for an open payment and the SIM card has been deativtaed diue to an open amount I suggest paying that open amount.

I assume there was still an option that was not marked for deactivation hence it was billed. :-/

Regards,

Lars

Where do i send the payment then? Since i no longer have access to my other account since it sends a code to my O2 number which is now deactivated

Your mistake was that you didn't uncheck all the auto top up flags and didn't save the changes.

You can pay the money by bank transfer to o2.

You can get the bank details here: https://www.prepaid-wiki.de/tarife/%C3%9Cberweisung_O2

You need a “purpose of use” (Verwendungszweck) too.

It is your o2 prepaid phone number and  4 digit check number.

Enter the phone number in the field “Prüfziffern für Verwendungszweck” and press “Weiter”

You will get back something like this (an example): 0176-66542061-4443

Hi @ayka2021

I have transferred the 10€ already to the bank details on the website together with the “purpose of use”. Please check it. Thanks

Hi @ayka2021 ,

we’ve no access to your data, which is why we can’t check the current status.

It may take a take a few days for the payment to be processed. If it takes longer than that, please let us know so we can switch to personal messages.

Best reagrds,

Kurt

How would I know if it was processed already? Would I receive an email?

Hi @ayka2021

thanks a lot for your patience.

I will now have a look if we received your payment.

In order to do that, I just need some more details from you. Therefore, I wrote a private message to you via @o2_Support. Please have a look there and reply to my request.

Thanks a lot.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Hi @ayka2021

until now, I did not receive any reply on @o2_Support

Could you clarify your issue already?

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Hello! I have contacted O2 on facebook and they said they have received my payment. I‘m not using the sim anymore and I was told no more payments will be charged. Thank you
