Dear @TimaB ,
your o2 Free M Boost is the older contract and therefore the so-called donor contract, which itself cannot receive a combination benefit. It can’t therefore be a partner tariff. You can extend the tariff, but not with a combination benefit. You can extend the o2 Free M with a combination discount. However, the combination discount and, for example, the hardware discount are mutually exclusive. You can only get one of the two.
If you tell us exactly which model you want, how much memory it should have and which colour, we can look for a contract extension offer for you.
Kind regards,
Andrea

Hello Andrea!
thank you for your message. I would like to get a 128 GB space gray model. I didn’t quite get it. Will it be a new contract and the current one canceled or? Thank you very much.
Dear @TimaB ,
I just took a look. Unfortunately, your payments are not regular at the moment, so I can't make you an offer for a contract extension or a mobile phone at the moment.
Your last payment was posted yesterday, but it always takes a while (3 working days) for the status to change. After that, I can check again if an offer is possible again, if you want me to.
Kind regards,
Andrea
Dear @o2_Andrea,
Yes please. I would like to see an offer.
Thank you
Dear @TimaB .
I will try to send an offer to you on Tuesday.
Kind regards,
Andrea
Dear @TimaB ,
I am sorry, but unfortunately, your invoice status still does not allow a contract extension.
Kind regards,
Andrea
