Booked wrong option

Hi - I booked the 25gb option for a day because I needed significant data for today and tomorrow and I only noticed when it didn’t work that it is only usable in Germany. I am currently in Italy and cannot use this at all - can I remove it/ get refunded? And are there any other optios for more than 8GB (WAY too little) for me to choose in this situation. I work heavily online with screensharing, large downloads, videos etc and need a better data package than 8GB - this is usually gone in a day or two.

 

Appreciate the advice.

To be honest, you should check local providers for that situation.

welcome back here in our English community. 

 

You are right, the option “o2 my Prepaid Day-Pack L” is only valid within Germany. 

 

There is no option that gives you more data-volume for 1-2 days, I regret. 

 

Did you already think about the suggestion of @Droggelbecher?
