  Dear O2 Team,   I want to inform you of a delay with my order for Iphone 11 128GB.    I placed the order on March 15 and was assured that I would receive the order within several working days. Unfortunately, the delivery of my shipment was not possible. As per my last conversation with DHL, the reason for this is wrong house number and as DHL tracking, my package was directed to the other people.   I would like to confirm that my name and my house number is correct. The shipper may have confused my name with other Asians in the area.   I would appreciate if you could provide me with additional details of this case. Thank you for your time.

Where is the parcel now? If it was sent back to o2 as undeliverable then the order will have been cancelled.

I have no idea about that. I receive no information from both DHL and O2 😡
 

When call for DHL they said that they can not find my house, that is really funny because my friend have just order the phone with the same address and she receive the phone within only 2 days. So I asked them how can I get my package, they said that I have to call for O2. I try to call several time but receive no reply.

The tracking said that “Rücksendung eingeleitet

Zugestellt an: Andere anwesende Person”

 

I guess that they returned it already.

But the important thing is that I did not receive any notification as well as no found address.
