Dear Provider, 

I want to add O2 TV in my subscription. After calling the hotline and waiting for 38 mins, I found someone who speaks English. But without finishing the communication the line was disconnected and the lady didn't call me back. I can't wait for another 38 mins or more just to talk to someone. 

requesting for a call back ( In English ) and to reply to the following questions so that from next month I can start the TV.

with o2 TV we do have three versions, M for 6,99 € monthly which you can use at home, o2 TV L which you can use at home but also on the road for 9,99 € monthly and o2 TV XL which adds a streaming partner to the L version. All these packages have 130 channels, you can look them upo in our channel overview

You also can add a Pay TV option for 6,99 € monthly on top.

You can order on a monthly base or running for 24 months.

A device you can buy yourself, o2 TV does run via an app on your browser, via Smart TV, Apple TV, via Amazon Fire TV/Fire TV Stick or Google Chromecast.

So if I understand well, this TV connection is not a cable TV connection which presently I have from the house contract with the owner. This house contract for cable TV connection will be terminated from 01.07.2024 as per some new German rule imposed which was informed. 

Anyway, this O2 TV is totally working on internet? Don't I need a cable connection or any set top box?

I saw that there is a special offer until August which says 

Double the entertainment until August 6th: O 2 TV XL incl. Netflix from €9.99 per month

May I know a bit more about this? As you know talking to someone over hotline is next to impossible in O2, I would like to know in details and how to activate this? Can I expect a phone call from any of your sales employee / agent to understand and then to activate or I am forced to visit a O2 shop?

This special price 9.99 Euro /month is valid until when?

o2 TV is not a cable TV contract, it is added to a contract you have with us, be it mobile or landline and then you can choose the device or devices with which you will watch. This can thus also be via browser.

You can also directly order our offer with o2 TV XL and Netflix with your Mein o2 login. The 9,99 € are for the first 12 months, then it is 12,99 € monthly.
