First of all sorry for writing in English.

Dear O2, I had upgraded my internet speed from DSL Home S to DSL Home L
today from 8-12 my internet speed should have been changed.

I checked order status in my profile.
got folowing 
“Status Ihrer aktuellen Bestellung

In Arbeit

Schaltung Ihres Anschlusses”

I tried to restart my Fritz Box, but nothing changed. the internet speed still the same. 
Should i do something else or receive some instructions how to change that ?

welcome to our community. Unfortunately the request for o2 My Home L was rejected because of technical problems. Today my colleagues send a letter to you explaining the problem. You will get it by the next days.

Dear o2_Manga, after posting my question here, my colleague contacted o2 support by phone, and they told that my connection will be changed on 24.04.2020 , then they changed the date to 27.04.2020.
Today i didn`t found that order numbers.
Could you please tell me what happens ?

Is there any quality control for customer support at O2 ?

the tariff change was rejected because there is no VDSL available at your address.

Previously, we were asked for patience by the local upstream provider to check the situation, which is why the date for the tariff change has changed. A written confirmation went out to you today by email.

Thank you for quick reply. The last question will be what speed my connection supports now , and can i change my tariff to 50 mbits.

sorry for my late reply. As I have seen, you have already contacted the hotline. Unfortunately, an increase of you current bandwidth is not possible at the moment. You have an ADSL-connection, that offers a speed of up to 16 Mbit/s. Currently, you have around 12 Mbit/s. The faster VDSL is not available at your adress.
